Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. Jeremiah 17:7
Most Christians are still in doubt of God's willingness to help on time which has sadly caused some to look for solutions or help outside of God's will. The Bible says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
Having trust in God's ability to do all things is never in doubt but the mistrust set in when believers start thinking about the time God will get it done. Trust in the Lord also requires trust in God's timing; He can never be late even if the situation seems so!
We must learn from Meshach, Shadrach and Abednego whose trust in the Lord was unshakable! They said, "Even if God refused to save us we will trust Him." (Dan.3:16-18) They are one of the best examples of knowing how to trust in God.
Complete trust in God triggers blessing! It's a spiritual law; you can not trust God completely and don't get the blessings it talks about. It's a life decision without wavering; Saying to yourself; even if God will not do it let it remain undone.
The Bible says, those who trust in the Lord, shall not see when heat comes, but their leaf shall always be green. Even when there is scarcity, those who have complete trust in God shall not be anxious about the situation and shall not cease from yielding fruit"... (Jeremiah 17:8)
Prayer
Lord, grace to trust you completely.
